Yes, I changed it from 21 to 23.  There is a record for the theme in the 
xar_themes table and the xar_regid is set to 23. Records for the theme also 
exists in xar_theme_vars, xar_theme_states. So on the DB side it looks like 
the initialisation worked OK. All file perms are the same in /Cruciverb as 
in /Xaraya_Classic.
