If I understand you correctly, the "wrap around it" is defined by the
block layout templates in themes/<yourtheme>/blocks/

That's how each block (whether in a block group or not) is going to
display its title and content, so by changing those templates, you
can add boxes around your blocks, or whatever you prefer.

By using blockgroups, you don't need to change the code every time
you add a block - you simply assign that block to the right blockgroup
in the admin interface, and Xaraya will display all blocks in that blockgroup
one after the other. Assuming you use the <xar:blockgroup tags in your
page template, of course, and not the <xar:block tag.

Some people (especially those coming from PN) will prefer working
with blockgroups, while others may want to add individual blocks
here and there directly in the templates...
