Maybe it's just me, but I'd think that if you're after short URLs then you 
wouldn't want index.php to show up :)  

Now the question is, and it doesn't really matter to me, since I won't 
touch IIS as a hosting server, can the same be done in IIS? (The short URLS 
& OR this hack)
