Nope. The privilege instance is (1:All:All:All) ie privilege to
ApproveNewArticle

Im not sure about that. But I get a black page with Errmsg
"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in
/home/sites/site34/web/includes/exceptions/exceptionstack.class.php on
line 25"
