Making Profiles Static... HELP

Ok I want to use peoples profiles for there account info. But I dont want
them to be able to change things, I already have it set to where others
cant look at the info. Any ideas ladies and gents?

Or maybe if I cant to that, how can I make a seperat page part of there
account that has the info I want them to see.
