Not sure where you're located, or what/where your target audience is but 
in many countries that would be a violation of privacy laws. (Normally you 
could provide another mechanism for them to have their profile data 
changed, but it should be possible for someone to supply corrections for 
their stored personal data.)

If you do want to prohibit changes, you should probbaly mention this in 
your privacy document and make sure it's available for candidate users to 
read before they sign up.
