Fatal Error: xarException.php on line 380

Hey guys, I just installed Xaraya a few days ago. And I was able to get the
basic setup going, and I could see the Classic Xaraya theme by visiting:

http://localhost/Xaraya/html/index.php

from a browser. However, today evertime I try to reach the above location, I
keep getting the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xarmodurl() in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\Xaraya\html\includes\xarException.php on line 380

Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks a lot.
