Themes module bug

Hi there..I just installed xaraya .9.1.4 and i started installing modules= . At some point the Themes module disappeared from my Administration menu. When I regenerate the modules I see Themes as inactive. When I press Activate it shows me this error: 'Block type already exists=20 Block type meta already exists in the themes module Click here to try again' How can I solve this?
