Question to XE1 theme authors (AndyV?)

Hello, xaraya.

I've implemented adminmenu from xe1 to my own theme and very happy
with it :)

The question is:

Is it good (suitable) if I publish this mini howto on xaraya.ru (on
xaraya.com too?) with sources of necessary files?

I'm asking it because this work wasn't supposed to be public, afaik...
