I tried it like this.

- At install created user "marten" (at old pn-site this user has 
admin-privilegdes and has pn_userid=2)
- After install activated the modules as you have said.
- Run import8.php (with errors at articles import "no privilegde add 
articles")
- Went  to imported site and I was logged in with userid=169. oops :-)
