czech translation of core

Hi Xaraya team,

I'm sending you czech translation of core. (It's not made by patch command, I just make an archive of cs_CZ.utf-8, but if you want, I'll make a patch).

This translation is based on work of Martin Podval.

The translation was made by me (Petr Vorel) and Pavel Benak.

File locale.xml was already translated. Btw who did it?

Now we are working on base module.


Please, let us know if there is any czech translator and also when you add this to your monotone repository.
