left bar for admins

Hi all,
peeking what other cms are doing, the administration via a left bar
(preferrably with expendable sublinks) seems to be faster than the way
pn/x used to do it. Switching quickly from one admin section to the
other is faster than having to return to the main admin screen
everytime I want to do something else. Also - at least in pn 0.714 -
some admin sections don´t show content right away, but require the
administrator to "refresh" or to view the admin section, which is
totally redundant imo.
