intralinks

One question that popped up in the postnuke forums some time ago was
how to create links between objects easier than to have to do it
manually. Afaik, there´s no other way, not sure about Xaraya though ;-)

Including it into the content editor interface (some typical link or
anchor symbol) should do. It opens up a new window, giving you several
options. If all objects (documents, files, etc.) are managed by the
cms, it should be possible that the system adapts existing links when
objects are moved to another location. It´s a pain in the *ss, i.e.
with EZCMS, when you move pages to another location and suddenly all
your nice links don´t work anymore...
