Xaraya.UI ML :: Intended Usage of this List

Hi folks,

I realize this post is long overdue and appreciate your patience.  With no
further delay, Xaraya.UI is in place to discuss overall usability of Xaraya
from both the user (portal visitor/member) and administrator (portal
moderators/editors and admins) points of view.

Valid points of discussion include:

1. Navigation (visitor/admin)

2. Configuration (mostly admin)

3. Permissions (mostly admin)

4. Themes (from an architectural/design level mostly regarding BL usage.
Specific BL design questions should be directed to Xaraya.Blocklayout ML)

5. Best Practices for ...
    a. Web Usability
    b. Web Accessibility (use by people with disabilities)
    c. ???Other???

This list is by no means exhaustive, and should act as a guide rather than a
hard and fast rule.  That said, lets not stray to far from our core concern
... creating the best possible UI for Xaraya's disparate audiences (portal
visitors/members, editors/moderators & admins)
