Re: left bar for admins

I think Tomislav hasn't tried Xaraya yet, and so is making recomendations
based on the old PostNuke system.
We have moved away from that to a system called AdminPanels which is
pretty much what you are requesting below :-)

Feel free to make recommendations, but it would probably help to be able
to base them off where we are now, rather than where we were back in
PostNuke days. Having said that i'm not sure how well the installer worked
in the last tarball :-)
