ui speedup for module admin panel and other stuff

Hi there,
how about check boxes (a "check all" shouldn´t be neccessary as module
(de)activation is not too often) for every module, activating,
initializing etc. every single module manually uses up quite some time.
(like yahoo mail, would take up too much time to delete every spammail
one by one ;-)

something else, when adding a block, after ok´ing it, the page just
loads again, might be better to give the admin a message like "block
created" (or not *heh)

under blocks/add instances it´s "messages incomming"

when trying to generate skels (whatever that is :-), the system tells
me
(USER Exception) WrongPermissions: The directory var/locales must be
writeable by PHP.

...but there´s no var/locales directory.

the HTML module overview:

...censor words? there´s a description messed up. also, in the html
modify config section people should be told what that "20" is :-)

when modifying a poll, why not being able to modify all options at
once?
when it´s closed once, I can´t open it anymore. I´d like to be able to
do that. :-)
configuring polls, might be better to be able to decide for each poll
whether I want the bar as image or not, the scale automatic until it´s
a manual inserted number, comments also individually on or off
in the view polls overview section, all links lead to the last poll.
wait, that´s not true, when closing a poll, the link gets automatically
changed to the last open poll available.

I noticed that in some modules, there´s a "enable short urls"... rfc
23?
same thing as the blocks problem, a message to the admin that the
changes I submitted are accepted would be nice.

in the configure hooks section it sometimes seems as the selection
possible doesn´t make sense. for example, why are there checkboxes for
wiki to allow it in polls, imagefeed, contact, images, facilities (?)
and other modules. for better overview, superflurious choice shouldn´t
appear. the module´s hooks configuration has the same function as the
X-tend in the module overview, are some other functions going to be
added to the "edit" (X-tend) section, otherwise the module´s hooks
configuration overview does the job imho
