Website created

OK I've created the fr.xaraya.com website.

As you can see it is rather English and empty at the moment.

Once you have got the translation of Xaraya done I will add that to the
site.
In the meantime all the links in the menu and the categories names all
need translating.

However, I will add that the site settings should not be changed. They are
set to be the same as xaraya.com for consistency and some of the links in
the menu point back to xaraya.com - for example the newsgroups, downloads
etc...
The release module also points back at Xaraya.com as I havent figured out
how we can translate that yet so there will be only one copy of it for now
- on Xaraya.com.

The links top right in the theme contain english text - if the equivalent
text is provided for the desired language then AndyV can create
replacement images for the site.

If in doubt about changing anything on the site then contact me and Ill
answer any questions.
