Hiya,
I have created the xaraya-langs repository.
It has the basic locale files for about 95 languages in it.

besfred - you already have access.

Who is the translation team leader for german? Anyone fancy the role?

I am trying to limit commit access to the repos to only a few people per 
  translation team. But if you have anyone else you would like to have 
access just let me know and we can sort it out.
