Hello miko!

IMHO we need to change
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
to
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
in mailing list configuration or in your MTA configuration.

INN works good but 8bit chars was converted to 7bit in outside mail
messages.
