Sorry, I'm a newbie for Xaraya...
Can it still possible to use the Old Good Win1251 with 0.9.9 and later?
My hoster's MySQL uses it. Many customers' MSIEs do wrong
autoNONdetecting 0.9.9 with ru_RU.utf-8... However I see no plans to
keep it in the future /downloads/locales.

каким будет этот текст. Есть ли планы
использовать сабж с версиями 0.9.9 и
далее? В обозримом будущем мне и моей
целевой аудитории неудобен utf-8...
