Hi Brian,

The Admin I am using in my dev environment is the one that is made available 
upon installation of Xaraya (the default Administrator role). It is the only 
full Administrator I have in my Dev Sites.

But I have setup a SiteAdmin role with no privileges to the Admin Panel, but 
with rights to a Site Admin menu Block Group. However, I don't think 
anything I did with that should affect any of the Administrator access 
rights. But, you never know. If there is a way I can mess something up, I 
probably will.
