If you just want to set up personal blog (or some simple 5-10 users
blog) then WordPress would be better (IMHO). It works from the box and
doesn't need special knowledge.
If you want to set up really multiuser blog with some features worpress
(or othe blog engine) doesn't have - then you can try Xaraya. But only
if you really need it.

For my personal blog I've choosed Wordpress.
