disallow or flush particular xarpages?

Hi All,

I was wondering if there's a way to either disallow particular  
xarpages from being cached or flush them from the cache using an API  
call or the like.

We're using an API call to pull a view for an article pubtype into a  
xarpage.  The pubtype has comments hooked into it.  While  
xarcachemanager is set to flush display pages on new comments, the  
displayed comment counts are not updated because the old xarpage view  
remains cached.

Because the site has a large amount of content, we would like to  
avoid flushing large portions of the cache after every comment.  Ideas?
