Problem with workflow upload after server upgrade

Hi all.
 
Our ISP has recently upgraded and ever since I have been getting the
following message when trying to upload a process through the workflow
module:
 
/var/www/vhosts/greenmed.net/httpdocs/gpm/modules/workflow/lib/Galaxia/s
rc/ProcessManager/ProcessManager.php (Line: 636) mkdir(): SAFE MODE
Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10098 is not allowed to
access /var/www/vhosts/greenmed.net/httpdocs/gpm/var/processes/gpm_116a
owned by uid 48
 
And then the process upload stops and of course the process is not
uploaded.
 
Has anybody experienced something similar ? Do you have any suggestions
? I don't think it's an issue with Xaraya/Workflow module as it used to
work before the server upgrade.
