Administration of Modul Uploads is not showing

Hello,

I have a problem, after moving my Xaraya Installation to another server. The 
Administration of the modul Uploads is not working anymore. Problem is, that 
it is not showing when clicking on the link Administration -> Uploads. 
Instead the base modul is shown.

I could see in the adress line of the browser the following URL:

http://mydomain.com/index.php/base?code=2&exception=At:%20/is/htdocs/wp1073613/www/modules/uploads/xaruserapi/db_get_file.php%20(Line:%20312)%0Afile_exists()%20[%3Ca%20href='function.file-exists'%3Efunction.file-exists%3C/a%3E]:%20open_basedir%20restriction%20in%20effect.%20File(/is/htdocs/var/uploads/7ed663bf108125768424423)%20is%20not%20within%20the%20allowed%20path(s):%20(/tmp:/bin:/usr:/is/htdocs/wp1073613)&product=&component=&func=systemexit

I need access to the Uploads module, so I can change the path to the new 
upload path. Do I have any chance, to change this path? I don't mind hacking 
directly the Database. I have also changed in Xaraya_Module_Vars, but it 
shows no effect. Have I missed some other Database entry?
