Notice: Undefined variable: tplData in includes/xarTemplate.php on line 1056

Suddenly got this after a reboot of a server. Two different installs 
give same error. Site loads but with a bunch of those on each page.
Also pages like /upgrade.php has same errors on them.

Anyone has a hint where to look for the reason?

new version of php and mysql could maybe have been activated with the 
reboot. Sites where not touched so my guess is that something like 
php/mysql/apache changed.

Same result with Xaraya 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 and latest from monotone.

cyrus.index file corrupted. cyrus.index had to be deleted and recreated 
with reconstruct on the mailbox. And recursive reconstruct never worked 
for me. So i have to do reconstruct on every single
