Xaraya frustation

Hello,

a few years ago that I discovered this wonderful CMS 
what Xaraya, 
I recently started a little bit of my rudimentary site in the 
version 1.1.4 and try with a local version for testing only.
But I am intrigued and concerned by what I observe: 

With the multisite module are to be taken several times to create 
secondary sites, but ultimately it works with a long 
MySQL error message. 

Using xarpages I'm not looking the same front-end
on the demo site (a field further "predefined" is present 
at home). 
In creating a page type (html), if we delete it, 
the corresponding type is not erase in Dynamic Data, 
resulting in a long error message, when i want to create
later (see bug 6228)
No error on the site Demo.xaraya 

i've trying to use tinymce  like describe in the documentation
to include a pictures in articles without success.
Of course does it work on the Demo site

I Work With Debian Stable, PHP 5.2.0, apache 2 adn mysql 5.0.36

It seem like a library problems .... 
What do you think about? what is wrong ? only a tuning in the setup
or a dark bugs ?
I'm a little frustate and afraid now when i'm using my favorite cms :-(
