Jamaica Beta Release

The first beta version of Xaraya Jamaica has been released on 
Sourceforge at http://sourceforge.net/projects/xaraya/

The release represents a major step forward for Xaraya, involving a 
substantial rewrite of the codebase and numerous bugfixes and 
enhancements. An overview of these changes can be found in the release

Installation of the release is the same as with previous versions of 
Xaraya. Please direct all bugs to the new "App - Core Jaimaica" product 
at http://bugs.xaraya.com/.
