Problems in ZMI

Hello,

1) After upgrading to the latest ZMS version I hoped that this one  
would disappear but it did not.
The "breadcrumbs trail" in ZMI does not show umlauts correctly. I've  
attached a screenshot.


2) Umlauts in folder titles and in content as well are not beeing  
converted to utf-8 automatically. Is there a way to do so? You can  
see the "problem" using the google predictor for our new site at  
http://www.gritechnologies.com/tools/diagnostic.go?dev.amcm.de - this  
doesn't happen when changing all umlauts to utf manually.

Is there a way to have ZMS convert umlauts and ampersands etc. to  
utf-8 on its own?
