Problem with file upload / ZMSFile

Hello,

I have a problem with a ZMS site:
Whenever I try to add a new file I get the following error:

ZOPE: (Zope 2.10.4-final, python 2.4.4, linux2)

(prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-21)]
System Platform: linux2

I tried resetting permissions and tried a new user with access but it 
doesn't matter. I also emptied my templates - no change.

Do you have any idea what where to look for?
