Hi, in a folder-branch X of a zms site there is group A of people who have edit rights. I have a subfolder Y in this branch where group A should not have edit rights, but group B. But with 'native' permissions group A can write in the whole branch because of acquisition. There is the possibility to break permission-acquisition by using the manage_access screen of Zope for the folder Y and deactivating acquisition for the ZMS_Author permission. But this is not the ZMS-way of doing permission things. Is there a better way for doing this? Regards Peter Zechmeister, WebOffice, JKU -- It's struck me that the desire of people to market the RUP as the single process led to a result where people can do just about anything and call it RUP - resulting in RUP being a meaningless phrase.
