Access to "content" denied

Dear ZMS developers. Very abrupt I do no longer have access to 
the "content" file of a newly designed layout. If I try to open it, it 
takes several minutes until I get the error that the page cannot be 
found. The last thing I did was to add a HREF_MORE key in the language 
settings. Now I have neither access from the managment space nor from 
direct web access to the page. Is there a chance to rescue the content?
