1. DC.accessRights.Public [bool] allows viewing for Anonymous
2. DC.accessRights.Restricted [bool] restricts viewing for Anonymous
3. DC.accessRights.restrictedEditors [list] restricts editing access to
declared editors

attr_dc_coverage: 
defines the "distribution" through the configured languages; "local"
restricts the content to a language (maybe "local.ger"); "global" transfers
the object to all languages.

attr_dc_identifier_doi: 
arbitrary digital object identifier for professional  electronic publishing

attr_dc_description: 
arbitrary document descripton, used for pageregionBefore or TOCs

attr_dc_creator: 
arbitrary name of the document author

attr_dc_type: 
arbitrary document type; system recognizes only "Resource"

attr_dc_identifier_url_node: 
overwrites titlealt in case of decl URLs

attr_dc_metacmds: 
list of available ZMS actions
