Thanks for the quick reply!

Strange enough, I'm able to reproduce the problem even with this
most recent build mentioned above!

Perhaps my first description of the problem was flawed. Here is a
detailed list of steps to reproduce the problem with
zms-2.10.5-12_2.tar.gz. Could you perhaps try if you can reproduce the
problem when following these steps? Thanks!

1. A bilingual ZMS site (German with German interface as primary, English
  with English interface as secondary).
2. Start in the primary language, German.
3. Select "Tabelle" from the actions pulldown menu.
4. In the "Tabelle einfügen" view, just press the "Einfügen" button to
create an empty table with default settings.
5. Still in the the "Tabelle" view, select "English" from the language
selector pulldown at the right top.
6. In the English "Table" view, immediately press on the "Save" button.
7. In the overview, select "Deutsch[*]" with the language selector
   pulldown.
8. Click on "Tabelle bearbeiten".
9. In the "Tabelle" view, click on the button "Zeile einfügen" at the
   bottom of the table.
10. Without any other action, select "English" from the language selector
   pulldown.

I always get the described IndexError: 'list index out of range' at this
point.

FWIW, I'm running the Debian zope2.10 package, revision 2.10.5-3, (which
is Zope 2.10.5 running on Python 2.4.4).
