www.zms-publishing.com: ZMS-Download, Lizenz-Hinweise

Dear Mr. Hoffmann,

a small correction for the ZMS-Download page
(http://www.zms-publishing.com/e52/e66/index_ger.html). The page
currently reads:

    "Lizenz-Hinweise: ... Im ZMS-Paket befinden sich folgende
    kostenfreie Open-Source-Komponenten Dritter:"

	"Licence model: ... The ZMS package contains the following
	free open source third party components:"

    * xstandard wysiwyg Editor von Belus: Partner-Lizenz
    * YAML CSS framework von D. Jesse: Creative Commons 2.0 Lizenz
    * JW FLV Media Player von J. Wijering: Affiliate-Lizenz
    * ZMSMediaPlayer von C. Meier: Creative Commons 2.0 Lizenz


This is wrong:

- XStandard and JW's FLV Player prohibit commercial use, therefore
  they're not Open Source. Have a look at
  http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.html#6.

- YAML and ZMSMediaPlayer use Creative Commons licences (CC-A 2.0 resp.
  CC-BY-SA 2.0), both of which aren't Open Source software licenses
  either (http://opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical).


That's a pity because people might (in good faith) violate the
conditions of these package, if you tell them it's all Open Source.

Therefore, I would suggest that you change the text on the page to
something like:

    "Im ZMS-Paket befinden sich folgende Komponenten Dritter. Bitte
    beachten Sie die abweichenden Lizenzbedingungen dieser Komponenten:"

	"The ZMS package contains the following third party components.
	Please respect the license conditions of these components:"
