ZMSFormulator - Connect FormularPages

Dear community

I'm playing around with the ZMSFormulator (not the Zope Product!). So
far it works pretty good, but I can't connect several pages with each
other.

An example:
I want to build a huge survey with five pages of ten questions each.
So I added 5 elements of type "formularPage" and in each of them ten
different "formularItems". Now i want to connect these pages to one
whole survey. There is kind of a "Navigation" thing, but I just didn't
find out how to manage this. I didn't found any hints neather through
google nor in the new book of Mr. Hoffmann.
