Attention please: 
ZMS 2.11.1 is not officially released (maybe you have got a temporarily
released intermediate version). 2.11.1 will loose all the ZMS
Standard-Objects (Zope Obj Classes) shown in the Zope Action Menu. Now these
object classes are still neccessary for any update to 2.11, moreover it will
be equal to 2.11.0.

But at the moment the patch of ZMS 2.11.0 (#27) is the latest ZMS-build,
which is recommended.
So, in your case I would recommend to correct the error and go 'back' to
latest 2.11.0:
