Hello again,
as you can see on the appended screen image, your bug proposal can not be
reproduced. Maybe some specific information about your system is missing. It
is rather strange that in your tests "all thinkable installation versions"
provided the insufficient indexing.
All I can say is, that (with now again tested 2.11.1 and 2.10.5) indexing
works as expected and is independent from document level.

So we have to take a look into _your_ system configuration, because at the
moment there are no hints that there is a general problem.
