It is for the Access(Zugriff)- Table of the content object within the
_Master_ ZMS. 
Please take a look at the screenshot you've posted. The checkboxes which
are marked with the magenta box.
I want them to be checked automatically after crating a new role.

Because at the moment, we have to do this by hand. Every time a new role
is created, we have to move through all of our content objects and check
them. This is a lot of work.
