default roles are gone [1 Attachment]

Hello.

in zms 2.11 normally in special objects rights can be configured for  
roles (ZMS: ZMS 2.11.1-51  (Build #131k))
in one zms-client the rights for all roles - except adminstrator -  
disapeared from the interface !

in other clients the roles are still visible.
in a fresh zms-client the roles are gone!

reimport of the special object did not help.

can anybody help to get them back?
