Hello Mr. Seifert,
something like a ZMS-Conference was on my mind too and I'm sure there 
are other people that already had the same idea. I'm a Freelancer 
working with ZMS for about 7 years now. I'm based in Ulm/Germany if you 
consider this in your area I would be interested in joining in.
