change templateset

Hello,

I want to slightly change the layout of the template I am using (TemplateSet theme0 ZMS 2.0) in order to make better use of the widescreen monitors we are curruntly using. The idea is to make the macronavigation and the body content fields wider.

For this I changed the pageregion width in css to 1200 and I am able to change the position where the body content starts. 

However the width of the macronavigation field remains the same and the section names stay incomplete and dotted (like quality sys....).

Also the right margin of the body contant remains unchanged.

Any hints where to look further?
