Thank you for your answer.
Your solution is a form-mailer and not a booking system ;-)

I search for this basic functions:

Admin:
- Create a Workshop (date, quantity per day, starttime, steady)
- How many persons can book this workshop

User:
- Calender overview (see all different Workshops)
- Choose a workshop (date)
- Choose a starttime
- See how many places are free
- Choose the persons-quantity
- Name, Adress .... / send (become a copie of the reservation)

Admin:
- Receive a mail with the booking

System:
- Person counter (free places in this workshop) go down
