Hello,

we have different simple but quite good solutions here - based on open source 
and both will get OS licensed in the near:

(sorry, the web page designs are from customers - not us)

Both are pure ZMS objects, XHTML/CSS based and multilingual ready.

This variant would be added with a small internal db (sql table) where 
bookings can be saved and exported on a per event basis. This is under work 
now.

Additionally we have a hardly updated new version of our free KForm 
(ZMSFormulator) ZMS Form object which you can see here:

It allows easy form creation by Zope Formulator and easy usage of different 
Forms as ZMS objects on your pages. The systems sends auto-formated receipts 
on request to one or different email adresses.

If you are interested you can get the objects under GPL license for free 
(these objects in their current version should be published as packages 
shortly too). If you need commercial support (installation, modification, 
improvements) we offer this by our company.
