until now the problem is not koown; moreover 2.11.4 is a former version.
Maybe you try the latest build from the zmslabs-SVN:
http://zmslabs.org/download/ZMS-latest.tar.gz

If the indexing problem with textindexNG3 persists, please, do not hesitate to contact me directly for analysing it in your working enviroment.
