create acl_sequence by hand

Hello Dears,


has anyone an idea how can i recreate the
	acl_sequence

object within the content folder? The regarding zms instance seems 
"scrumbled", if i try to create it by the drop down in "configuration" i get 
no reaction (just reloads the page - no error or nothing in the logs).

I taked a look ino the zms code but i can't find where / how such a "Sequence" 
obcject could be created.

I tried to copy one from another zms instance (with a higher "id" incremetor 
in it as required but i get "operation not supported by this object").

Will try to bring the instance content into a new zms next days...
