Can you check / publish here the urls / pathes - i.e. to the regarding CSS and 
JS within the HTML output - and / or compare it to the URLs to other objects 
(i.e. within common and others)?

I assume there is something wrong with your Virtual Host config or Zope host 
configuration - but i'm not shure as long as you did not post any other 
details. 

Another option may be some older modified ZMS templates, but as you told you 
used any of the standard "templates" (from the drop down within the create ZMS 
dialog) installed with a fresh ZMS instance.

Did you checked the vars as described?
Did you checked what files are within 
	Products/zms/plugins/www/jquery/ or
	Products/zms/plugins/www/jquery/ui/js/

i.e.:
<script type="text/javascript" charset="UTF-8" 
src="/++resource++zms_/jquery/ui/js/jquery-ui-1.8.9.custom.min.js"></script>

should point to a existing:
	jquery-ui-1.8.9.custom.min.js

within
	Products/zms/plugins/www/jquery/ui/js/

btw:
I tried a complete new Zope 2.13 install incl. a freshly downloaded ZMS-latest 
(from today night) with no probs too - so i assume the source of your probs 
should / must be anywhere within your install or environment...
