this does not dump neither zsql methods, zope page template and some parts of spec. object definition in folder 'metaobj_manager'.  

Try to use code from FSDump for dumping most zope content types to filesystem. Works reliably for switching from TTW Style to Filesystem Style. Even uses .metadata files to save properties about caching, security or proxy roles.
