Hello developers,

almost using URLs with the 'index_ger.html' (and using Sebastian's 
index.dtml-fix) seems to prevent the problem.

(But why getHref2IndexHtml does not offer me URLs with this essential 
suffix, so I have to put it in by myself? Or the better way around: why 
do I get into this trouble by omitting the unnecessary suffix?)
