I've remembered one scenario which was a bit similiar (migrated a Zope / ZM=
S=20
from NetBSD o Linux) where the DateFmt had similiar charset errors.

At the end of the day i've ended with editing the file containing the germa=
n=20
month names by hand and rewrote all month names by hand in a Text editor an=
d=20
in another situation i've copied over that file into a defect ZMS=20
installation.

This may sound crazy and/or hacky, but that worked for me and Mac OS and=20
NetBSD are not so far from each other =C3=9F).
